GPSD approves $5M construction bid

GREENVILLE ― The Greenville Public School District Board of Trustees accepted an almost $5 million bid Wednesday from Panola Construction Company to begin the expansion project at Greenville-Weston High School.

Within the next year, the gym will be renovated, and 14 additional classrooms will be built. Mills & Mills Architects is overseeing the construction and recommended Panola for the project, who also had the lowest bid at $4,942,800.
