Olive Branch –John Baneck, 54, of Olive Branch passed away January 20, 2011, at his home. The family will receive friends beginning at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, January 25, with a memorial service to follow at 10 a.m., all at Brantley Funeral Home in Olive Branch. John was the owner of JB Distributors, and he was a communicant of St. Brigid Catholic Church in Memphis.
He was a devoted husband, father, son, brother, and friend. John was preceded in death by his father, LeRoy Baneck. He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Cindy Baneck; two daughters, Lauren and Melissa Baneck; his mother, Marcella Baneck; three sisters, Jeanette Styers (Danny), Elaine Vowell (Al), and Rosalie Gibson (Stan); and his brother, Allen Baneck (Mary Ellen).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to either Ronald McDonald House or St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
Greenville – Helen Hughes, 71, of Greenville and a homemaker died January 23, 2011 at Delta Regional Medical Center. Graveside funeral services will be Tuesday at 2 p.m. at Liberty Hill Church Cemetery. Burial will follow. Doyle Mitchell will be the officiating minister and Mortimer Funeral Home is directing.
Mrs. Hughes is preceded in death by her husband James Hughes.
She is survived by two daughters, Debbie (Charles) Oswalt of Hot Springs, Ark. and Angie (Millard) Lambert of McComb; two sons, Rex Wooley Jr. of Hollandale and Mark (Heike) Wooley of Leland; 14 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
GREENVILLE – Funeral services for Yvonne Grayson McGraw, 88, of Greenville will be Wednesday, January 26, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Boone-Wells Funeral Home. She died Monday, January 24, 2011 at Delta Regional Medical Center. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens under the direction of Boone-Wells Funeral Home.
She was born in Seminary, Miss. on January 26, 1922 the daughter of Graham and Dona Daughtery Grayson. She has been a longtime resident of Washington County where she was a member of the Second Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by her husband, Muldrow McGraw, Sr., three daughters Debra Kay McGraw, Alice Yankoviz and Gladys Ray McGraw; three brothers, Huey Grayson, Dewey Grayson, and George Robert Grayson.
She is survived by three daughters, Jane McGraw Willoughby (Malcolm) of Greenville, Donna McGraw Strazi of Germantown, Tenn. and Shirley McGraw Griffin of Greenville; 3 sons, William Douglas McGraw of Greenville, Mann McGraw of Greenville and Larry Eugene McGraw (Angela) of Belleville, Ill.; 3 sisters, Ann Gentry (Will) of Wayside, Mary Leshinski of Jackson and Geraldine Swanson (Ralph Jones) of Selma, Ala.; a brother, Eugene Grayson (Vicki) of Miami, Fla.; 10 grandchildren, Clifton Griffin (Molly), Marty McGraw, Renee McGraw Latham (Danny), Kim McGraw Elkins (Dwight), Sherry McGraw Haley (Neal), Jennifer McGraw, Amber McGraw Warren (David), Malcolm Willoughby (Leslie), Marsha McGraw, and Jonathon Willoughby (Jessie) and 11 great grandchildren, Michael Dylan McGraw, Brandon McTeer, Brittany McTeer, Caroline Haley, Isabel Willoughby, Mary Alice Latham, Abigail Willoughby, Jacob Harry Griffin, Madelyn Griffin, John David Warren, III and Olivia Bell Warren.
The family will receive friends from 12-2 p.m., Wednesday, January 26, 2011 at Boone-Wells Funeral Home.

CLEVELAND – Funeral Services for Anna Quinn, 97, of Cleveland will be Tuesday, January 25 at 2 p.m. at Popular Grove, Shaw. Mrs. Quinn died January 20, 2011 at BMC. Burial will be at Delta Heights, Cleveland. The Rev. James Moore will be officiating. Visitation was Monday from 2-6 p.m. Byas Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
Mrs. Quinn was survived by five daughters, Ruth Murphy of Sturgis, Susie Evan of Mathiston, Rosie Graham of Cleveland, Mary Burden of Ozark, Ala. and Catherine Leflore of Cleveland; four sons, John Quinn of San Diego, Aurthur Quinn Jr. of Los Angeles, Robert Quinn of Cleveland and Curis Quinn of Ozark, Ala., and a host of grands, great-grands, nieces, nephews and cousins.
