Delta Center Stage presents ‘Little Shop of Horrors’ next week

Less than a week away from opening night, “Little Shop of Horrors” presented by Delta Center Stage (DCS) is set to debut at 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Jake and Freda Stein Hall at E.E. Bass Cultural Arts Center, 323 S. Main St.




Greenville Christian Lady Saints defeat Hebron Christian to advance to the state semifinals

BAY SPRINGS — The Greenville Christian School girls basketball team defeated Hebron Christian 71-35 Tuesday to advance to the semifinals of the MAIS Class 2A State Basketball Tournament at Sylva-Bay Academy.

The Lady Saints jumped out to a 38-20 halftime lead and never let up.

Fire investigation continues for Gamble Brothers & Archer Clinic

An investigation into the fire that destroyed the Gamble Brothers & Archer Clinic this weekend is underway. However, heavy rainfall in the region could impact the development of the investigation. 

“The excess rain has impeded the progress of the investigation,” Greenville Fire Department Chief Ruben Brown said Monday afternoon.
