The Greenville Police Department is seeking the public’s help to find the people responsible for two shootings that left six people injured over the Fourth of July weekend.

VICKSBURG — Gilda Fae McCool Shurden Miller died Thursday, June 25, 2020, at the Merit Health River Region Medical Center in Vicksburg. She was 84.
She was preceded in death by her immediate family, including her parents, two husbands, and her only two children.
SOUTHAVEN — Odis Coy Edwards, 67, passed away Sunday, May 3, 2020, in his home in Southaven. Coy was originally from Greenville but moved to Southaven with his employer, Texas Gas.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Odis and Mary Frances Edwards, of Greenville.
RENOVA — Graveside services for Clara Mae Willis, 78, of Renova, will be at 11 a.m. June 27 at Delta Memorial Gardens, Cleveland. She died June 21, 2020, at her home. Services are under the direction of Byas Funeral Home, Cleveland.
Delta Regional Medical Center has established a COVID-19 Results Line for anyone who has been tested at a DRMC location. The hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday-Friday and the number is 662-379-0434.
DRMC is also holding free COVID-19 testing in the hospital's ER parking lot. Testing is performed from 1-5 p.m. Monday-Friday.
Incumbents held on to each of their seats except in the District 4 supervisor vote won by Mala Brooks by a mere 13 votes over incumbent Jesse Amos. The more than 700 absentee ballots have yet to be counted in any races as of press time.
Of the 32,026 registered voters in Washington County, 11001 cast ballots in the Tuesday election.
