GPSD’s Destination 8/5 plans underway for new school year

The Greenville Public School District is deep into the development of a plan for reopening classroom instruction to students for the upcoming academic year.

The district’s plan, titled “Destination 8/5” as Aug. 5 is its target start date, requires significant feedback from various stakeholders, especially parents.

LELAND – Graveside services for Ruby Lee Langston, 83, of Leland will be Wednesday, June 17, 2020, at 11 a.m. at Lakewood Cemetery, Greenville.  She passed away June 11, 2020, at Delta Regional Medical Center, Greenville.  Services are under the direction of Bush Funeral Services, Leland. The Rev. Cedell Raggs will officiate.
