Eli Fratesi’s love of sports rubbed off on his twin sister, Ava, at an early age.
“He was always with a ball,” Ava said. “Ever since I can remember, he was always out playing sports. Watching him have so much fun made me want to try and play sports too. I have been cheering for him my whole life.”

GULFPORT, Miss. (AP) — Prosecutors in Mississippi say a doctor is accused of illegally distributing opioids and laundering money.
