These words, though they echo the same sentiments, are simply used to describe the theme of the Boys & Girls Club of Washington County 17th annual Back A Youth Banquet.
HOLLANDALE — If they aren’t already, City of Hollandale residents can get even more into the Christmas spirit as the town prepares to hold its annual Hollandale Christmas Parade.
The parade will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 14 and this year’s theme is “A Magic Kingdom Christmas.”

Gun shots claimed the life of Joe Sykes, 64, of Greenville, Saturday evening in the 400th block of Sunflower Street, near Doe’s Eat Place.
GREENVILLE — Anne H. Causey, 93, of Greenville, died Tuesday, Oct. 8, 2019, at Baptist Hospital, Southaven. Private services will be held at a later date.
She was a retired clerk at Super Stop on Main in Greenville.
