Leland Police Department Assistant Police Chief Marcus Davis said Howard has outstanding warrants for possession of a controlled substance and weapon possession by a felon.
This week, the original tiles from the 1906 construction of the roof of St. Joseph Catholic Church in downtown Greenville are being removed.
