CLINTON, Miss. (AP) — A man who shot and killed four people he held hostage in a Mississippi home has died from gunshot wounds he received during the 12-hour standoff, authorities said Sunday.
SENATONIA — Ray Harper, 77, of Senatobia, passed away Saturday, Aug. 31, 2019, at North Delta Hospice, Southaven.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur Ray and Winnie Harper; wife, Sue Harper; and grandson, Elijah Thomas Harper.
Greenville – Funeral services for Vallie Jean Westrope, 82, of Greenville, are 11 a.m. Saturday, Feb. 9, 2019, at Boone Funeral Home, Greenville. She died Saturday, Feb. 2, 2019, at Baptist Hospital, Jackson. Burial follows in Greenville Cemetery under the direction of Boone Funeral Home, Greenville.
