GREENVILLE — On Sunday, May 10, at 6:10 p.m., Dorothy Lee Seaton, 78, passed away peacefully due to complications from prolonged illnesses.
A memorial service will be at noon Wednesday, May 13 at Delta Memorial Gardens, Hwy 1 Greenville. Because of the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, unfortunately, the service will be a private memorial for family and close friends only.
Dorothy was preceded in death by both her mother and father; and two brothers, Isaac Layton and Calvin Sprouse.
She is survived by her husband, Tommy Lee; her two children, Shawn (Eugene) Collins and ShaNisha (Jamie) Burns; five sisters, Carolyn Sprouse, Delores Brown, Brenda Sprouse, Debbie Lattimore and Yolanda Holmes; four brothers, Edward Sprouse, Eric Sprouse, Larry Sprouse, and Derrick Sprouse; seven grandchildren, Antoinette (Jamie) Rice, Javeonta Hargrove, Yazmeen Harris, Curtis Harris, F ’Zaria Williams, Carson Burns, and Flower Burns; plus four great-grandchildren and her many nieces, nephews, cousins, and countless friends, all whom she loved and touched deeply.
