GREENVILLE — Graveside services for Kenneth Floyd Reed, 60, of Greenville, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, July 11, at Delta Memorial Gardens, Greenville, with Minister Louise Brown officiating. He died Saturday, July 4, 2020, at Delta Regional Medical Center. Services are under the direction of Redmon Funeral Home, Greenville.
Kenneth Floyd Reed was born May 20, 1960, in Greenville, to the late Floyd Williams and Gail Reed. He departed this life Saturday, July 4, 2020.
He accepted Christ as his personal Savior at an early age and was baptized at Mercy Seat Baptist Church under the leadership of the late Rev. Roy Jordan.
Kenneth is a 1978 graduate of Greenville High School. After graduation, he joined the United States Air Force. He was employed at England Motor Company from 1986 until he retired in 2003.
He was preceded in death by his father; and one brother, Cory Reed.
He leaves to cherish his memories, his loving mother, Gail Reed, of Greenville; two daughters, Aereal Reed, of Memphis, Tennessee, and Marketta Landrum, of Greenville; four grandchildren; one sister, Pam Reed Cheeter, of Greenville; three brothers, Kevin (Maxine) Reed, of Cincinnati, Ohio, Derrick Reed, of Memphis, and Roderick Reed, of Greenville; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
