GREENVILLE — Funeral services for Pandora Merchant Oliver, 94, of Greenville, will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, June 25, at Boone Funeral Home, Greenville. She passed away Monday, June 22, 2020, at Delta Regional Medical Medical Center. Burial will be in Leland-Stoneville Cemetery, under the direction of Boone Funeral Home.
She graduated from Silver City High School then moved to Leland, where she met and married Bill Oliver. Pandora was employed with Bellsouth Telephone Company as an operator for many years. She supported Mr. Oliver while he served in the U.S. Air Force and was stationed in Bossier City, Louisiana, where they made their home. Mr. Oliver preceded her in death in 2000. Pandora had been a resident of Arbor Walk for the past several years. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Bossier City.
She was also preceded in death by three sisters, Avie Merchant, Lena Mae Triplett, and Patsy Davenport.
She is survived by three nephews, Clyde Triplett, Robert Triplett and Jimmy Davenport; and a niece, Sandra Davenport.
There will be a visitation from 10-11 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
