GREENVILLE — Tiffany Rochelle Vaughn, 38, of Greenville, entered her eternal rest Tuesday, Aug. 27, 2019, at Merit Health Central Hospital, Jackson. She was born July 30, 1981, in Greenville, to Freida Brewer and Tony Phillips. To know Tiffany is to know unconditional love. She never met a stranger and is greatly loved by her family and her community.
Tiffany graduated from Greenville High School in 2002, and she was baptized at the age of 12 at Mercy Seat Missionary Baptist Church. Tiffany was a devoted member of the church and she loved her church family deeply. After high school, she attended Port City Adult Daycare, where she made many friends.
Tiffany’s favorite pastime was spending time with her family and staying current on any family related events. Tiffany had an extreme passion for life and she found joy in watching over all the children of the family. Not only was Tiffany always the life of the party, but she was also a dancing machine! She loved to laugh and make jokes, and she always greeted you with her beautiful smile.
If you had the opportunity to know Tiffany, you are blessed. She showed us that love is real, and that life is what you make it. She taught is to keep faith in God, especially in the darkest of times. Most of all, she expects us to continue to love one another unconditionally and to trust in God despite the circumstances.
Tiffany was preceded in death by her grandmother, Ms. Ethel Mae Cary; sister, Shireeta Phillips; and her stepfather, Malcolm Robinson.
Tiffany was a devoted daughter, sister, niece, and cousin to many. She will forever be in the hearts of her family including her mother, Freida (Jerry) Brewer; a very special life-long friend, Adrian Johnson; grandmother, Willie B. Robinson; brother, Kendrick Vaughn; sisters, KaDiedre (Melvin) Whitehead, Chiquita Murrell, Toni Murrell and Brandy Phillips; aunts, Valencia (Glastus) White, Cathy Vaughn and Tricia Whitehead; uncles, Howard (Sherry) Carey and Darrelle (Doris) Carey; great-aunts, Ollie Wilder and Doris Hughes; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
