O’Bannon Head Coach Torrione Carter said, “We have to be mentally ready to play the game and I feel that most times we are not. Basketball is not a game where you can just get up and turn it on. It's a sport where you put in the time and sacrifice and have a constant thought of it what it is you're trying to do.
“I think that coach Lewis and myself cover every aspect of the game and we talk about the mental part of it also. The thing we have to do is apply it on game night, and I think we will be fine.”
The Bulldogs improve to 6-6 and 1-2 in the district. The O’Bannon Greenwaves record is 3-9 and 2-2 in conference play.
