Albert Steward
CLEVELAND — Funeral services for Albert Steward, 71, of Cleveland, will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 3, at New Life Church, Cleveland, with Bishop Rodrick Mitchell officiating. He died Aug. 25, 2022, at Delta Health-The Medical Center, Greenville. Burial will be at Delta Heights Cemetery. Visitation will be from 2-4 p.m., following family hour from 1-2 p.m., Friday, Sept. 2, at Byas Funeral Home, Cleveland.
He is survived by his wife, Bertha Steward, of Cleveland; sons, Albert Steward Jr., of Milton, Florida, and Gregory Steward, of Calhoun City; a brother, Charles Haines, of Cleveland; sisters, Daisy Royal, of Lake Village, Arkansas, and Ruthie Mae Payne, of Eudora, Arkansas; 13 grandchildren; and 21 great-grandchildren.
