Barbara Foster
SHELBY — Funeral services for Barbara Foster, 63, of Shelby, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 26, at First Baptist Church, Merigold, with the Rev. Bobbie Williams officiating. She died Monday, Nov. 14, 2022, at Bolivar Medical Center, Cleveland. Burial will be at Delta Heights Cemetery, Cleveland. Visitation will be from 4-6 p.m. Friday, Nov. 25, at Byas Funeral Home, Cleveland.
She is survived by her husband, Otha Foster; sons, Andrew Foster, David Foster, Richard Foster and Otha Washington; brothers, Wiley Barnes, Roscoe Barnes, Ray Barnes, Emmerson Barnes, Jimmy Barnes and Terry Blossom; sisters, Alberta Harrington, Vivian Davis, and Aserlea Jacobs; and eight grandchildren.
