The City of Greenville will be closed Monday, May 27, in observance of the Memorial Day Holiday.
As a result, garbage and trash routes during the week of May 27th will proceed as follows:
• Monday’s garbage and trash route will be picked up on Tuesday, May 28
• Tuesday’s garbage and trash route will be picked up on Wednesday, May 29
• Wednesday’s garbage and trash route will be picked up on Thursday, May 30
• Thursday and Friday’s garbage and trash route will be picked up on Friday, May 31
“We want our residents to know that our sanitation department is working tirelessly to get all garbage cans dumped and trash picked up,” Mayor Errick D. Simmons said, “Given the abbreviated schedule, we’d like to thank all our citizens for being patient with us during this time.”
