George Jones
INDIANOLA — Funeral services for George Jones, 37, of Indianola, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 26, at Christian Fellowship COGIC, Indianola, with Elder Elijah Walker officiating. He died Nov. 14, 2022. Burial will be at Riverside Memorial Gardens, Indianola. Visitation will be from noon to 1 p.m. Friday, Nov. 25, at Hayes Chapel at Byas Funeral Home, Indianola.
He is survived by a father, Arthur Jernigan; a sister, Alisha Alexander; a brother, Percy Jones; daughters, A’Nylah Jones, Azana Simpson, Keri and Kayla Lyas; sons, Khalil and King Lyas; and a host of other relatives and friends.
