Planters Bank has issued an apology for an error that caused payroll deposits for many of Delta Health System’s employees to be delayed. Our investigation of this error found that our staff did not properly submit the file to deposit paychecks to DHS employees who do not bank with Planters. The payroll file has been submitted correctly and deposits will begin posting to employees’ accounts on Monday, July 3, 2023.
Additionally, Planters Bank plans to reimburse any Delta Health System employees any fees charged by other financial institutions because of this delay in receiving their paychecks for June 30, 2023.
