After their regular Tuesday meeting, the Leland Board of Aldermen continued to mull over the budget for the upcoming fiscal year which will begin Oct. 1.
Mayor Kenny Thomas’ budget proposal was accepted by the board and rescinded within a seven day span after more consideration and concerns shared by citizens.
