GREENVILLE, Mississippi - Graveside services for Juanita Langley Grassi, 86, of Greenville will be at 10 a.m., Wednesday, April 1, 2026, at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church Cemetery, Lake Village, Arkansas. She died on Sunday, March 29, 2026, at Delta Health-The Medical Center. Arrangements are under the direction of Boone Funeral Home, Greenville.
Mrs. Grassi was born on February 18, 1940, to George Washington Langley and Allie Langley.
In 1977, she and her husband, Gene, purchased the Cow Pen Restaurant in Lake Village. Working together and being able to serve and meet many people was the joy of their lives. They retired in 2007 and moved to Greenville.
She was preceded in death by her husband, sister, Nadine Thomas and brothers, Eugene, Robert and Leon Langley.
She is survived by daughter, Cindy Bennett (Steve) of Greenville; two sons, Ed Grassi of Lake Village and Greg Grassi (Catia) of Greenville; brother, George "Bud" Langley of Tennesse; four grandchildren, Mary Frances Herndon (Mark) of Fort Worth, Texas, Christina Marie Bennett of Greenville, Eddie Grassi of Mobile, Alabama, and Katelyn Grassi Wilson (Ross) of Soddy-Daisey, Tennessee; and four great-grandchildren, Noah Allen Wilson, Blake Edward Wilson, Marley Marie Wilson, Remi Herndon and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family requests memorials be made to Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church and Cemetery.
