The City of Hollandale’s Primary Runoff election is set for Tuesday.
Vying for the city’s mayoral seat are Peresa Causey, who finished ahead in the April 6 primary election with an unofficial total of 244 votes, and incumbent Charles Morrow, an unofficial total of 214 votes.
The City of Hollandale, unofficially, had a total number of 566 out of 1589 registered voters to participate in the April 6 election.
Polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Flowers Facility Building, 406 MLK Drive, will serve as the voting precinct for residents of Wards 1 and 2.
Hollandale City Hall will serve as the voting precinct for residents of Wards 3 and 4.
To cast a ballot, voters must have a valid government-issued photo identification, which can include a driver’s license, a state-issued ID card, a passport, a government employee ID card, a firearms license, a student ID from any Mississippi college, a military ID or a Mississippi Voter identification card.
