The National Crappie League (NCL) will be holding a Division I tournament on March 3 on local lakes in Greenville. Hosted by the Greenville – Washington County CVB, anglers will be competing for a minimum $10,000.00 guaranteed purse. The tournament will pay back 100% of the entry fees.

The pre-tournament meeting and late entry registration is on March 2, 2024, at the Washington County Convention Center, 1040 S Raceway Rd. In Greenville. Entry fees are $300.00 per team with an NCL membership. A $25.00 late fee applies after midnight on February 25, 2024.
Anglers may fish lakes Washington, Lee, Ferguson, and Whittington. Anglers must be off the water by 4:00 PM on March 2, 2024, the day of the pre-tournament meeting.
The weigh-in will be held downtown at Hotel 27, 211 S Walnut Str. In Greenville. Anglers will fish from 6:30 AM to 2:30 PM. Teams must be in the weigh-in line by 3:30 PM. The public is encouraged to come watch the weigh-in.
A free kid’s fishing rodeo will be held at the Ferguson Lake Boat Ramp on March 3rd. For kids 12 and under, the registration is from 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM, and fishing is from 9:00 AM to 10:30 PM.
The Auction for Camp Looking Glass will be on March 1, 2024, as well as the Big Mama Crappie/Bass event meal and entertainment. March 2 is the Southern Star Rv & Cabin Big Mama Tournament on Lake Washington.
