The Riverside High School girls softball team racked up 14 hits on Wednesday in the Bulldogs’ 14-6 victory over Simmons High School.
Leya Harvey, Ann Hankins, Allie Reed, Addy Lemonis and Ashley English all had two hits in the game. Harvey hit a home run in the game and finished with three runs and three runs batted in, and Reed also had three runs batted in.
Sydney Sheppeard hit a home run.
Ashton Toten finished with a hit, a run and a RBI.
Paisley Misskelly finished with a hit, two runs and an RBI.
Bella Mardis registered a hit.
Allie Reed picked up the win for the Bulldogs, striking out 11 batters in five innings of work.
Vontasia Rush finished with two hits for Simmons. Akiah Prince had two hits as well.
