Here’s the results from the second MRAA 2023/24 Winter Trail Tournament at Eagle Lake last Saturday November 18th. The tournament had 36 boats fishing in the tournament. The weather was very nice, but fishing was very slow! Out of our 36 boats fishing, only 3 boats managed to bring in a 4-bass limit of 16" Eagle Lake bass.
First place went to the team of Tim McDaniel and Terry Bates. The team’s 4-bass limit weighed 12.03 lbs.
Coming in second place was the team of Matt Brooks and Jake White. Matt and Jake's 4-bass limit weighed 11.74 lbs.
Coming in third place was Marty Crane fishing by himself. Marty's 4-bass limit weighed 11.03 lbs.
Fourth place went to the team of Donald Adcock and Matt Fant. Their 3 bass weighed 9.12 lbs.
Coming in fifth place was the team of William Jones and Shannon Spears. Their 3 bass weighed 9.09 lbs.
Coming in sixth place was the team of Chris Coy and Rudy Vanderford. Their 3 bass weighed 8.97 lbs. Coming in seventh place was the team of Kenny Vanderford and David Cole. Their 3 bass weighed 8.18 lbs.
Coming in eighth place and getting the last check was Chad Mayfield fishing by himself . Chad's 2 bass weighed 7.61 lbs. including the tournament lunker of 5.05 lbs. Thanks everyone for fishing. Congratulations to all of the money winners.
