With a balanced offense the Washington School boys basketball team defeated Indianola Academy 38-27 Monday night,
Nathan Thompson led the Generals (7-1) with nine points. Aidan Jones scored and Ty Signa each scored seven points with Jones adding six rebounds and four assists. Christian Britt scored six points.
“We had a comfortable lead, but we failed to extend the lead by missing way too many free throws in the fourth quarter,” Washington School coach David Rounsavall said.
The Generals return to action Thursday night with a home game against Tri-County Academy.
