The host Washington School varsity track team had a number of high performances at the MAIS 5A North State Track Meet on Saturday.
Madison Jones won first place in the triple jump and the 110 meter hurdles. Aubrey Jones took second place in the 110 meter hurdles.
The 4X800 Boys Relay team of JD Bennett, Evan Hardin, Owen Hardin and Robert Word also took first place.
Brantley Nimrod finished second in the girls high jump.
Khole McCorkle took third place in the girls 300 meter hurdles.
Max Morgan took second place in the boys pole vault.
Cedric Dove took second place in the boys 300 meter hurdles and second place in the boys 110 meter hurdles. Prentiss Doolittle took fourth place in the 110 meter hurdles and third place in the 300 meter hurdles.
Owen Hardin took third place in the boys 3200 meter run and third place in the 800 meter run. Evan Hardin took seventh place in the 3200 meter run.
JD Bennett finished in third place in the boys 1600 meter run. Owen Hardin finished in fourth place.
Robert Word finished in fourth place in the 400 meter dash.
Emelie Walker finished in sixth place in the girls 400 meter dash.
Lawton Poole finished in fourth place in the girls 800 meter run. Allie Bennett finished in eighth place.
Mia Andrews finished in sixth place in the girls 3200 meter run. Allie Bennett finished in seventh place.
Aubrey Jones finished in fourth place in the girls long jump.
Bella Durastante finished in fourth place in the girls pole vault.
Mary Glenn Hooker finished in seventh place in the girls discus.
