Now that this week’s winter storms are over, the City of Greenville’s garbage pickup routes are scheduled to resume Monday.
The Greenville City Council will resume its regular council meeting originally scheduled for Feb. 16 on Tuesday.
The Washington County Board of Supervisors will also assemble for its regular meeting on Tuesday as their meeting was scheduled for Feb. 16 as well.
As of Friday, the Mid-Delta Regional Airport was still closed due to dangerous, icy conditions on the runway. Its reopening will be determined as the days follow and runway conditions improve.
Both Washington County and City of Greenville offices will reopen Monday.
The City of Greenville’s public works, fire and police departments along with other emergency personnel will continue to report accordingly.
