NATIONAL SUMMARY
Rain and showers are expected to begin to move into the far
northwestern corner of Washington state, as well as the
higher elevations of northwestern Montana tomorrow as
mild-to-warm air dominates the Northwest region. Gusty winds
are anticipated to blow across the northern Rockies and
western Plains, while warmth expands across the Plains and
Southwest. Snow and rain showers are forecast across the
Great Lakes and Ohio Valley from northeastern Minnesota to
northwestern Virginia, accompanied by breezy conditions into
the Northeast. Some snow showers and flurries could also
occur in northern New England and the mountains of New York
state. Pleasant weather is likely in the Southeast,
especially along the Gulf coast.
