NATIONAL SUMMARY
Rain and thunderstorms will continue across Texas tomorrow,
while spotty thunderstorms can erupt along the Gulf coast
from Louisiana to the Florida Panhandle. Farther north, a
storm traveling across southern Canada will bring snow to
portions of northern Minnesota, Wisconsin and the Upper
Peninsula of Michigan. Rain showers will spread farther
south into southern Michigan and northern Ohio through the
afternoon. Gusty winds from the northwest will bring colder
air into the northern Plains. On the other side of the
nation, a zone of high pressure over the Northwest will
promote warmer conditions, with temperatures 10-20 degrees
above historical averages. A storm sitting over the
Southwest will continue to bring rain and snow showers to
portions of this region.
