NATIONAL SUMMARY
A clipper storm will bring a pulse of snow across northern
Pennsylvania, New York, Vermont, western New Hampshire and
Maine tomorrow. Conditions will be breezy across the
mid-Atlantic states. A narrow zone of snow and ice will
cross from North Dakota to western Wisconsin. Generally dry
and pleasant conditions are expected across the Southeast
and Central states. It will remain dry across the Southwest
with warmer conditions. Meanwhile, a period of stormy
weather will persist in the Pacific Northwest. There will be
outbreaks of rain and showers spreading inland over
Washington and Oregon. Snow will move across the higher
elevations of northern Idaho and western Montana.
