_____
NATIONAL SUMMARY
Much of New England will experience dry and warm weather
tomorrow, while the chance for spotty showers and
thunderstorms continues farther south across the
mid-Atlantic and the Southeast. A cold front will spread
thunderstorms from Ohio, Indiana and Illinois to northern
Arkansas. Some thunderstorms can become severe, and will be
capable of producing locally damaging wind gusts, hail and
isolated tornadoes. Farther west, a storm over the northern
Rockies will continue to bring rain and high-elevation snow
to the region. There can be a spotty shower or two in the
Northwest. Strong winds will continue from Montana to
northern New Mexico. Much of the Southwest will remain dry,
however gusty winds in New Mexico can lead to an elevated
risk of wildfires.
