The Nation's Weather for Wednesday, November 27, 2024
_____
NATIONAL SUMMARY
Tomorrow, a storm moving through the Rockies will spread
snow, some heavy to Utah and Colorado. Snow can lead to
slippery travel and reduced visibility. From the central
Plains through the Ohio Valley there can be a bit of rain,
perhaps with some snow mixed in early to the north. In the
Southeast, a few late-day thunderstorms will dot Louisiana
before becoming more widespread across the area during the
overnight hours. Thunderstorms can be accompanied by
damaging winds, drenching downpours and even a tornado.
Across the northern Great Lakes, there will be a few snow
showers in the area. Across much of the interior West it
will be cold. Meanwhile, a gusty breeze will usher in a
noticeably cooler air mass in the northern Plains. In the
Carolinas it will be pleasant with partly sunny skies.
