The Nation's Weather for Sunday, April 24, 2022
_____
NATIONAL SUMMARY
Snow will still be hanging around in North Dakota tomorrow.
That combined with the high winds that are expected
throughout the northern Plains will lead to blizzard
conditions. A front extending from Lower Michigan into Texas
can bring severe weather tomorrow afternoon. Isolated
tornadoes, hail and damaging wind gusts are possible. The
largest threat for severe thunderstorms will be in central
Texas. A cold front in the Northeast will keep New York City
and New England relatively cool, while western Pennsylvania
will get into the 80s. That front can also produce isolated
thunderstorms in Pennsylvania as well. There will be a few
showers and flurries in the Rockies, mainly in Colorado.
