Trash pickup schedule for New Year’s Eve

In observance of New Year’s Day, trash pick up schedules and city hall hours of operation will be affected in Washington County towns and municipalities.

Greenville City Hall and the Washington County Courthouse will be closed on Wednesday, New Year’s Day, resuming regular hours on Thursday.

There will be no trash pickup scheduled for Wednesday; Wednesday’s route is scheduled to be picked up along with Thursday’s.

Residents with emergencies can call 662-378-1699.

Leland City Hall will be closed on Wednesday, New Year’s Day only.

Leland’s trash pickup will be as regularly scheduled.

Hollandale City Hall will be closed Tuesday, New Year’s Eve, until Thursday, Jan 2.

Hollandale’s trash pickup will be on Thursday, instead of Wednesday.

Arcola City Hall will be closed Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and will resume normal hours on Friday.

Metcalfe’s Town Hall will be closed Wednesday, New Year’s Day.

County trash pick up for Metcalfe is scheduled for Tuesday and all other county trash pickups are regularly scheduled.
