The Washington County run-off election’s unofficial results are in, but absentee and affidavit votes are still waiting to be finalized.
Washington County Democratic Parties
For the Supervisor District 4 seat, Mala Brooks received 385 votes to Charles Patterson’s 316.
Once the votes are finalized and official, the winner for Supervisor District 4 will run against Incumbent Jesse Amos in the Nov. 5 general election.
State Democratic Parties
For the Central PSC District, Dorothy Benford received 736 votes to De’Keither Stamps’ 724.
For District Senate 22, Ruffin Smith received 277 votes to Joseph Thomas Sr.’s 194.
In state Republican Parties
Vying for governor, Bill Waller Jr. received 751 votes to Tate Reeves’ 658.
For Attorney General, Lynn Fitch received 692 votes to Andy Taggart’s 650.
