Melverie Talbert
GREENVILLE — Graveside services for Melverie Faye Talbert, 65, of Greenville, will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 15, at Lakewood Cemetery, Pickett Street, Greenville, with Pastor Thomas Morris Sr. officiating. She departed this life Friday, Aug. 7, 2020, at Delta Regional Medical Center. Services are under the direction of Redmon Funeral Home, Greenville.
She is survived by her children, Irving (Gwen) Talbert, of Memphis, TN, Crystal Talbert, of Houston, Texas, Lashonda “Nikki” Talbert, of Memphis, and Ashley Talbert, of Greenville; 11 grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one sister, Dorothy Clark, of Greenville; two brothers, the Rev. Larry (Celia) Williams, of Dallas, TX, and Henry (Kimberly) Lewis, of Katy, TX; two aunts; one uncle; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
