Anthony Pitts Sr.
SHELBY — Graveside services for Pastor Anthony Pitts Sr., 61, of Shelby, will be at 11:30 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 23, at Drew Cemetery, Drew, with Pastor Johnnie Collier officiating. He died Aug. 7, 2020, at his home. Visitation will be from 3-5 p.m., with family hour following from 5-5:30 p.m., Saturday, Aug. 22, at Byas Funeral Home, Shelby.
He is survived by his parents, Zebedee and Shirley Pitts, of Shelby; wife, Patricia Ann Pitts, of Shelby; sons, Anthony Jr., of Miami, Anthony D. Lofton, of Southaven, and Kiwanis Hargrove Jr., of Ridgeland; a daughter, Angela Pitts-Gordon, of Clarksdale; brothers, Zebedee Pitts III, of Indiana, William C. and Donald Pitts, of Shelby, Glynn Pitts, of Dewitt, Arkansas, and Allen Pitts, of Hornlake; and 13 grandchildren.
