GREENVILLE — Funeral services for Deborah C. Branning, 69, of Greenville, were at 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 8, at Boone Funeral Home, Greenville. She passed away Thursday, Nov. 5, 2020, at her home. Burial was in Hollandale Cemetery, under the direction of Boone Funeral Home, Greenville.
She was born in Satartia on April 25, 1951, the daughter of W. A. Branning and Doris Laird. At an early age, she moved to Greenville, where she graduated from Greenville High School. She received her nursing degree from Mississippi Delta Community College and worked for Delta Regional Medical Center as Director of the ER. She retired from DRMC after 25 years of service. Deborah loved to read and loved FOX News. She was very family oriented and was Aunt Debbie to everyone.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, David Branning.
She is survived by two sisters, Vicky Turnage (Danny), of Leland, and Lynda Naron (B.A.), of Grenada; and three brothers, William Branning (Sharon), of Harrison, AR, Roger Branning (Kaye), of Pensacola, FL and Dennis Branning (Shannon), of Bogue Chitto.
There was a visitation from 1-2 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.
