Dorothy Lay
ARLINGTON, Texas — Graveside services for Dorothy Lay, 75, of Arlington, Texas, and formerly of Cleveland, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, July 18, at Delta Heights Memorial Garden, Cleveland, with Pastor Charles Harvey officiating. She died Tuesday, July 7, 2020. Services are under the direction of Byas Funeral Home, Cleveland.
She is survived by her sons, Terrance Wince and Christopher Richardson; brothers, Bobby Webb, James Webb, Louis Webb, Donald Webb, Keith Webb, Steve Lucas, Larry O’Field and Marvin Collins; sisters, Barbara Webb, Joyce Webb, Angela Webb and Sheila Webb; and six grandchildren.
