MOORHEAD, Mississippi – Funeral service for Geneva Nelson, 80, of Moorhead, who died Saturday, Jan. 27, 2024, will be held Feb. 3, 2024, 11 a.m. at First United Baptist Church, Moorhead, with Rev. Billy Barber officiating. Visitation will be Feb. 2, 2024, at Byas Funeral Home, Indianola, 4-6 p.m. Burial will follow service at Pineridge Cemetery, Moorhead, under the direction of Byas Funeral Home.
Survivors include sons, Toney Nelson, Earnest Lee Nelson Jr., Kevin Nelson, Cory Nelson, daughters, Jessie Buchanan, Edna Nelson, Rachel Foster, Lola Nelson-Gaston, Lechondia Nelson, and Katrina Nelson.
