RULEVILLE, Mississippi – Funeral services for Mandy Powell-Carter, 76, of Ruleville, who died Tuesday, Oct. 1, 2024, will be held Oct. 12, 2024, 11 a.m. at Persimmon Grove Church, Glendora, with Rev. Keith Powell officiating. Visitation will be Oct. 11, 2024, at Byas Funeral Home Chapel, Ruleville, 2-4 p.m. burial will follow services at Bound and Bailey Cemetery, Glendora, under the direction of Byas Funeral Home.
