INDIANOLA, Mississippi - Funeral services for Marie Clark Mitchell, 79, of Indianola, who died Monday, Aug. 12, 2024, will be held Aug. 24, 2024, 11 a.m. at Mt. Moriah Church, with Rev. Terry Cobbs officiating. Visitation will be Aug. 23, 2024, at Byas Funeral Home, Indianola, 4-6 p.m. Burial will follow services at Riverside Memorial Gardens, Indianola, under the direction of Byas Funeral Home.
Survivors include sons James Mitchell, James Andrew Mitchell, and Jerome Brown; daughters Rosie Smith and Bobbie Brown; sisters Jessie Mixon and Louise Shavers; three grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
