Sammie Fowler
GREENVILLE — Graveside services for Sammie Fowler, 62, of Greenville, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 5, at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens, Greenville. He died Aug. 30, 2020, at his home. Visitation will be from 1-2 p.m. Friday, Sept. 4, at Byas Funeral Home, Greenville.
He is survived by his mother, Rosezner Hoskins; sons, Quincy Overton and Kerry Overton, both of Greenville, and Jammie Lee Haynes, of Memphis, Tennessee; daughters, Jennifer Taylor and Janet Taylor, both of Milwaukee; a brother, Alfred Hoskins, of Carey; sisters, Vester Rogers, Linda Clark, Patricia Hoskins, Rubbie Hoskins and Emma Davenport, all of Greenville; 12 grandchildren; and 28 great-grandchildren.
