MAYERSVILLE, Mississippi - Erma Lee Cannon was born on January 29, 1939, to the late Rev. Owen and Worrine Rogers. Erma accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized at St. Peters M.B. Church in Mayersville, MS. She later joined New Morning Star M. B. Church in Leland, MS under the leadership of Pastor Anthony Barber.
