RUSSELVILLE, Arkansas - James Alison Elliott II, age 78, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, December 6, after a brief illness at Saint Mary’s Regional Medical Center. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 9, with visitation at 1 p.m. at the Humphrey Funeral Home Chapel in Russellville, Ark.
