BOURNE, Texas — A celebration of life is scheduled for Willie Eugene Skinner, 96 of Bourne, Texas and formerly of Greenville, MS, on April 1 at 3 p.m. at Unitarian Universalist Church, 135 Alves Lane, New Braunfels, Texas under the direction of the Rev. Addae A. Kraba. Skinner died February 16.
