CLEVELAND — Funeral services for Willie James Tillman, 67, of Little Rock, who died Dec. 27, 2022, were held Saturday, Jan. 7, 2023 at Christian Union Church in Drew with the Rev. Lee Allen Pitts officiating. Burial followed at Nebo Cemetery under the direction of Byas Funeral Home Cleveland.
