CLEVELAND, Mississippi — Funeral services for Pearlie Lunford, 77, of Cleveland, who died Saturday, March 29, 2025, will be held April 9, 2025, 11 a.m. at United Baptist Church, Cleveland, with Rev. Sammie Rash officiating. Visitation will be April 8, 2025, at Byas Funeral Home, Cleveland, 4-6 p.m. Burial will follow services at Delta Heights Memorial Gardens, Cleveland, under the direction of Byas Funeral Home.
Survivors include her husband, James Lunford Sr.; son, James Lunford Jr.; daughter, Dr. Yolanda Young; brothers, Hubert Woodard, Charles Woodard, Albert Woodard, and Robert Woodard; sisters, Jesse Parker, Josephine Galloway, and Shirley Sidens; one grandchild; and one great-grandchild.
