One of the Delta’s young up and coming spiritual leaders held a spirit-filled three-day conference at The Way Church in Greenville August 10-12. Jawaski Gardner an Indianola native evangelist and author led a supernatural experience on Friday day two of the conference with singing, preaching and speaking in tongues. “This is not just a conference but a connection to your prayer life,” Gardner explained from the pulpit. “You’re going to be praying in the next few days and your schedule is not going to allow it as much as you would like. But you must find time to pray.”
Flag bearers, celebratory singers and young worshipers sprawled about the floor deep in prayer set the scene for this early morning service. “There’s a wind blowing in your prayer life,” Gardner said. “There’s going to be an outpouring that you can’t control. You’re prayer life is going to ignite a new flame.”
